Over the course of his career, the founder of Garrison Flood, Arnon Rosan, has provided emergency response products for relief efforts after the Asian Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Sandy and for other events such as the earthquake in Haiti.
