Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Garrison Flood Control purchase and offer a guarantee against manufacturers defects under the terms of our warranty. For returns, please contact us to report your claim.
To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to make adjustments, but we will be able to let you know where we are in the process. If an order has already shipped, the order is no longer cancellable and return of stock products will result in you being responsible for a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping. For custom fabricated orders, cancellation is not possible after shipment. Cancellation more than 2 weeks after placement of your custom manufactured order will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
We allow returns up to 10 days after the original delivery date.
Returned merchandise must be in its original crating and/or packaging, to protect the product during return shipment. Returned items must be unused and in 100% resalable condition.
Returns must be made using our shipping companies and in coordination with us.
All returns must be approved in writing by Garrison Systems before action is taken.
In the event that your product arrives damaged during transit, it is important that you note this damage on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt and delivery should be “refused”. Ideally, we recommend taking a picture of the damaged package or pallet prior to refusal. We will replace product damaged in transit at no charge.
Claims for freight damage or missing product must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order.
You may be asked to dispose of or donate any damaged product. We are not responsible for accepting product, though in some instances it may be requested.
Any non-defective merchandise that is returned collect will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to order and as such cannot be returned. All sales on customized barriers or equipment, such as Hammerhead™ aluminum planks, are final.
We recommend you double check dimensions and measurements before placing your order, to avoid any issues.
